Wall Street

Wall Street is a predetermined walk accompanied by a text-sound composition. The walk took place in New York
June 22 through July 6 2009, and the route was down Wall Street, starting at Wall Street & Broadway, ending at
the opposite end by the waterfront. The text-sound composition consists of sounds from the exact same route as it
later was presented, the sounds from the private listening sphere thus merge with the street noise at the time when
it is presented, in a manner where it is difficult to determine what is what. The text in the piece is sampled from the
movie "The Fountainhead", based on the novel with the same name, written by Ayn Rand. It was presented in
collaboration with Fragmental Museum.
